The following cancellation policy applies when you make your reservation:
If you cancel the reservation before 6 days of your intended arrival date, we will refund the full amount paid minus an administration fee equivalent to 3% of this amount, with a minimum of $ 20 (or the equivalent in currency in which payment was made the reservation).
If you cancel the reservation less than 48 hours of arrival date, we will refund the full amount paid minus the cost of the first night of your intended stay in low season (04/13 to 12/21/2010).
If you cancel the reservation past the five days of arrival date, we will refund the full amount paid minus the price of 2 nights of your intended stay in high season (12/22/2009 to 04/12/2010) .
If you do not arrive at hotels on the scheduled date, we will refund the full amount paid for the reservation, minus the price of 2 nights stay for the "no-show charges. Refunds must be requested in writing within 60 days after the date of the stay at the hotel. After this period, no refunds will be made.

No refunds to credit cards than those used for your booking. We may process refunds via wire transfer. In this case we will deduct any bank charges from the refundable amount. We aim to process claims within 72 hours from receipt of the refund request and required information.

Reservations require payment in advance. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours of making the reservation. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD. Your bill will read: www.ctnres.com. The total charges include all room charges and taxes, as well as access and booking fees. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between the guest and the facility.

Hotels will provide accommodation to the person under whose name the reservation was made (“lead passenger”) and to the accompanying persons according to the exact number of adults and children booked into each room. The lead passenger must be present at the time of check-in.

Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Reservations are guaranteed for late arrivals.
Accommodation is usually available from 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 hrs on the day of departure. The number of guests in each room is limited to the number of beds provided by the hotel. In the event that the number of persons arriving to the hotel does not correspond to the number indicated during the reservation process, or in the event that children are not of the age required to classify as such in terms of rates/discounts (see "Children Policy"), additional charges will apply, payable directly to the hotel.
